Miss Venezuela, Elizabeth Mosquera, won the 50th edition of the Miss International pageant held in Chengdu, China, on November 7th. She now becomes the 6th winner from Venezuela. Congratulations!

Ana Elizabeth Mosquera Gomez comes from Maracaibo (Zulia), Venezuela. The 19-year old model was a student of Civil Engineering when she joined the Miss Venezuela 2009 contest, representing Trujillo.
At 1.78 m in height, Mosquera -who has five siblings- was the winner of the Miss Venezuela International title. Her preparation lasted one year.
She is now the sixth Miss International winner for Venezuela; the superpower of beauty also won the titles in 2006 (Daniela Di Giacomo), 2003 (Goizeder Azua), 2000 (Vivian Urdaneta), 1997 (Consuelo Adler) and 1985 (Nina Sicilia).
