Miss Malaysia International 1979 withdraw from Final Pagaent

In 1979, Miss International 1979 was held at Mielparque, Tokyo, japan on 12 November. Melanie Marquez from Philippines win the crown. Miss Malaysia wa represented by Nancy Foo, unfortunately She have to withdraw from the contest.

Result of top 5 :- Philippines (Winner), USA (1st Runners-up), Austria (2nd Runners-up), Finland (3rd Runners-up), Japan (4th Runners-up)

Miss Malaysia collapsed and had to withdraw frm the pageant.
