Miss Malaysia Earth 2010 was held at the Royal Perak Golf Club Ballroom with 400 guests on Sunday 18th July 2010.
The winner is Appey Rowenna Januin, 19 year old student from Sabah and she stands at 1.74m and weights 50 kg. Miss Air is Yuh Wen Foong, from Selangor, Miss Water is Maanprit Kaur Tor from Kuala Lumpur. Miss Fire is Nicole Khor and Miss Eco Tourism is Nysheris Ngui from Pahang.
